This is a free, non-public, wireless "hotspot" internet service (the "Service") provided by iGGarena Esports and its parents, affiliates, and/or partners (collectively, "iGGarena Esports," "we," "our," or "us") for use by customers, members, players, staff, and guests while visiting our venue(s) located in Indonesia. This Service is not offered to or intended for individuals under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, do not enable this Service on your device. The Service may not be available in all iGGarena Esports locations and may not be accessible from all devices. All eligible users are required to accept these iGGarena Esports FREE WI-FI ACCESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS (the "Terms") to use the Service.
By clicking the "Start Surfing" button on the WI-FI landing page, connecting to this wireless network, and utilizing the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age and that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. By using the Service, you agree to the general Terms and Conditions of iGGarena Esports, as modified by these additional terms. Any reference to "Services" in the general Terms and Conditions will be deemed to include this Service. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and these additional Terms, these additional Terms will prevail. All capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the general Terms and Conditions of iGGarena Esports.
By choosing to use the Service, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. iGGarena Esports does not guarantee the availability or functionality of the Service at any time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time at our sole discretion. Access to the Service may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, violation of these Terms, actions that may create liability for iGGarena Esports, disruption to other users or networks, or violation of applicable laws.

There are privacy and security risks associated with connecting to the Internet over wireless communications. iGGarena Esports reserves the right to monitor and collect information while you are connected to the Service, including but not limited to your device's media access control (MAC) address and information concerning your activities during transmission and use of the Service. Collected information may be used at our discretion in compliance with this section. We cannot guarantee that your activities will remain private or secure during use of the Service. You should not expect privacy or confidentiality when using this Service.
When you use the Service, we may retain your MAC address for up to three (3) months to recognize your device upon future visits. After three (3) months and one (1) day from your last visit, the stored MAC address will be permanently deleted. If you return after this period, you will be required to log in again. If you wish to opt out of MAC authentication within that period, you may contact our management through official communication channels.
Your use of the Service will be associated with your device's MAC address. iGGarena Esports may use related analytics to improve wireless coverage, enhance the Service, and optimize venue layout to improve user experience.
Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. The Service is not encrypted or secured, and any material or communications transmitted or received may be accessible to third parties.
While using the Service, you assume full responsibility for:
(i) protecting your own privacy and security;
(ii) implementing safeguards you consider appropriate (such as anonymizing your MAC address); and
(iii) evaluating the suitability or legality of any online content accessed.
The Service may be unavailable due to emergencies, third-party failures, technical limitations, interference, maintenance, or other reasons. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered data or for any damage to your device resulting from use of the Service.
You are responsible for providing compatible equipment, such as smartphones, laptops, or tablets with wireless capability. The availability and performance of the Service depend on your device's limitations. The Service is intended for general web browsing. Due to bandwidth limitations and to ensure fair access for all users, high-bandwidth activities such as streaming music, streaming video, or downloading large files may be restricted. We reserve the right to limit bandwidth, data usage, or session duration if usage is deemed excessive.
You may not use the Service to transmit or receive any material or communication that:
iGGarena Esports reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to block inappropriate content, restrict access to certain websites, or suspend/terminate access for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
Under no circumstances shall iGGarena Esports, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, privacy breaches, system failures, or unauthorized access.
Your sole remedy for any dispute related to the Service is to immediately discontinue its use. Certain limitations may not apply where prohibited by law.
iGGarena Esports reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.
